Do I need an advocate to file a claim and how it would benefit me?

Filing for an EEOICP claim has its challenges. It is definitely to your advantage to have an experienced advocate on your side. We have been filing claims for energy Employees for the past 10 years and have the process down to a science.

  • Your claim will be properly prepared from the start; correct diagnosis, job description reflecting duties performed and in line with related occupational exposures

  • Assistance will be provided in preparing for the occupational history questionnaire which may be required for certain types of claims by your claims examiner.

  • As your advocate we receive copies of all correspondence with the Dept of Labor. When paperwork is received; we complete it for you. We act on your behalf. There is no need for you to fill out paperwork or call the Department of Labor.
