Occupational exposure to radiation and toxic substances may have caused your cancer!

RADIOGENIC CANCER may take decades to reveal itself as there is a long latency period following the exposure. Your cancer may also have been caused by exposure to toxic substances during your employment.

The Energy Employees Occupational Illness Compensation Program (EEOICPA) states if you were a civilian employee at one or more the covered Department of Energy Facilities during a covered time period, and were diagnosed with one of the specified cancers listed below, you may be eligible for:

  • Monetary Awards (up to 400k)

  • Medical Benefits

  • Home Health Services (if needed)

You may also be covered for wage loss up to your social security age. Other cancers such as prostate cancer and skin cancers may be covered (pending a dose reconstruction of your exposures). Family members may also be qualified for these benefits in cases where the employee is deceased.
